School Self-Evaluation (SSE) is a collaborative, reflective process of internal school review. Based on the findings of the school self-evaluation, a School Improvement Plan (SIP) is drawn up and sets out, in specific terms,  what needs to be done to improve the work of the school.

Our SSE focus in Watergrasshill N.S. for 2024/25 is the development of Wellbeing. 

We would welcome all parents’ feedback and contributions to our SSE focus areas and look forward to hearing ways in which you think you can help over the coming months.

As part of our SSE in Wellbeing one of our targets was to increase buddy systems across the school. This term we paired 6th & 2nd up and it involves having a buddy for different events or activities. Here are some Buddy pictures over the last few weeks. It is certainly the highlight of the week for both classes!
